WHO WE ARE
We are the new kids on the block!
We currently manage our own portfolio of hotels which are either leased or owned and are looking for potential partners, that are willing to join forces with us. Our hotels are predominately located in Gauteng, Mpumalanga and the North West with a head office in Pretoria, South Africa. We are not into the glitz and glamour, don't have a fancy head office or drive fancy cars, just a bunch of hoteliers that have years of experience and know-how. We don't take ourselves too seriously but we do take our business serious!
Our approach is personal; we are hands on and honest! With our motto, under promise and over deliver.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?
We don't always have all the answers; but we do manage and own our hotels. We are happy to share with you what we have learnt over the years and continue to learn every day. Listed below are some of the services we offer: –
SALES & MARKETING
We have a hardworking, dedicated and rapidly expanding sales and marketing team that will assist you in getting your share of the marketing. Preferred Partnerships, Corporate, Government, Sports and Leisure Contracts, STO Agreements, Trade Shows are all part of the package. We have our own loyalty programme called Fortis Bucks; the purpose is to create brand loyalty by rewarding our guests for their support.
Having a dedicated and qualified Revenue Management team, we watch trends and ensure a disciplined analysis of each hotel’s historical information leading to predicting consumer behaviour and assisting your hotel in making strategic revenue management decisions, optimising product availability and price in an effort to maximise your revenue.
We have a team of enthusiastic staff in our call centre answering phones and responding to mails. Our hotels are all connected to the CRO Department to ensure bookings are made seamlessly and in real time.
We can assist you to ensure financial hygiene at your hotel; we can assist you with the preparation of the monthly financial accounts, payroll and cash flow management.
We have teamed up with a procurement platform to ensure we get the best products at the best prices across all our hotels.
We are partners with the Capital Hotel School in Pretoria; they assist us with all our training needs. We even have our own in-house training programme. Our Directors and Senior Management – most with more that 25 years plus experience in the industry – are qualified trainers in certain key aspects of the business where we provide regular annual training, in particular in the Sales & Marketing, Reservations and Revenue Management Departments.
DESK TOP PUBLISHING
We manage and design all our own marketing material in-house; when needs are identified we can, at very short notice, produce the required material. All Digital Marketing Mediums are managed and monitored to ensure maximum traction and growth via these platforms. We also have a unique DTP Portal which serves as a reference point for all marketing material at hotel level.
